Peter Wehren returned to Richmond Provincial Court on Tuesday for his bail hearing.

The bail hearing for a man charged for an alleged child-luring attempt in Steveston and accused of breaching his bail conditions has been adjourned again.

Peter Andrew Wehren, 32, appeared by video in Richmond Provincial Court for the continuation of his bail hearing, which began Monday morning, but it has been rescheduled again for Thursday.

Wehren was arrested on Feb. 21 in a Steveston park and was charged with two counts related to communicating with someone under 16 years old via telecommunication to facilitate some sort of sexual offence or abduction.

He was released on a police undertaking but was arrested again in Richmond on Feb. 23 for allegedly breaching his release conditions.

He got bail on Feb. 29 and was later arrested on March 3 in Richmond for alleged bail breaches.

Wehren got bail on March 4 and was re-arrested, again, on March 8 in Vancouver for two breach charges and an outstanding warrant from Richmond, according to Richmond RCMP.

Wehren is scheduled to return by video in the morning on March 14.
