An earlier accident on Highway 91 in Richmond, westbound before the Highway 99 exit, is causing major slowdowns into the city Tuesday morning.
At around 7 a.m. a two-car crash happened during the rush hour and traffic is tailed back on the 91 to between No. 6 and No. 7 roads.
Drivers are being advised to avoid the area for the time being or to take an alternate route.
Traffic is also heavily backed up Knight Street northbound in Richmond.
