Sunday is a free drop-in art program that offers families the opportunity to explore the Richmond

Calling all music lovers - don't forget the last two Music at the Cannery shows of the summer at the Gulf of Georgia Cannery, 12138 Fourth Ave. The shows start at 6:30 p.m. This Friday, Aug. 23 features Harpdog Brown & Brandon Isaak, an acoustic Blues duo. For the final show on Friday, Aug. 30, Sibel Thrasher, Steveston's own soul diva, will take the stage.
