2. 16th Annual Winter Wonderland: Saturday Nov. 26:

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Richmond City Hall as the 16th annual Winter Wonderland, presented by the Rotary Club of Richmond Sunset, officially kicks off Nov. 26. The area inside the hall will once again feature a gallery of beautifully-decorated Christmas trees, along with weekly Saturday matinee performances by local music groups. The trees will be on display in the Richmond City Hall Galleria (6911 No. 3 Road) until Dec. 30. On Nov. 26 a tree-lighting ceremony will take place at 12:30 p.m., and from 1 – 3:30 p.m. the Tom Lee Music Group will provide the entertainment.

3. Walk Richmond: Sunday, Nov. 26:

During a Walk Richmond event from 10 – 11 a.m. on Nov. 26, explore the Railway Greenway Trail, one of Richmond’s most popular multi-use cycling and walking trail that connects several neighbourhoods to the Fraser River Middle Arm and South Dyke/Steveston waterfronts. Meeting spot: Parking lot at the south end of Railway Avenue and Westwater Drive.
