Steveston will once again be filled with cameras, props and actors as filming for the television series Nancy Drew will take place Wednesday through Friday.
The Nancy Drew TV series is based on the Nancy Drew Mystery books and scenes will be filmed at the beach south of Pajo’s and near the Steveston Harbour Authority site along Moncton Street, according to a notification letter issued by Ultra Productions Inc.
A full-road closure is expected around their filming site on Sixth Avenue from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. on Friday, July 30th for some scenes including atmospheric smoke and stunt driving.
The notice added that the company’s crew vehicles will be parked off-site, except during filming work when they will be in particular areas permitted by the city.
These are the filming times:
- Wednesday, July 28: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Thursday, July 29: 7 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.
- Friday, July 30: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
