L'Ecole des Navigateurs, Richmond's only public French school, presents its 6th annual Gingerbread Man Party. The party will be held on Saturday, Dec. 3 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the school, 8580 Kilgour Place. Children can decorate gingerbread men, do crafts, play games and celebrate Christmas in French.

For the parents, there will be a French book fair so you can do some Christmas shopping. There will be a cake walk and silent auction as well as student performances. For more information, call 604-417-3570.

The Richmond Singers present Angels and Aves, a Family Concert on Saturday, Dec. 3, at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 4, at 2 p.m. at Broadmoor Baptist Church, 8140 Saunders Rd. There will be sing-alongs, followed by a reception of delicious homemade treats on Sunday.

This year on Saturday, they will feature The Delta Symphony Orchestra Chamber Quintet. Tickets are $15. for adults and $5 for children under 12 years. The Richmond Kairos Committee invites the public to its Richmond Fair Trade Fair on Saturday, Dec. 3 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Alban's Church, 7260 St .Alban's Rd. It's a great time to purchase Christmas gifts by artisans. There will also be crafts made by Ten Thousand Villages, and from countries such as Guatemala, Nepal, Jamaica, Mexico and more.

The Pacific Woodworkers Guild members meet on the third Tuesday of each month (except July and August). New members and guests are always welcome! They meet at 11060 No. 2 Rd. Come watch the presentations, get involved in the discussions and enjoy the refreshments.

The Multiple Sclerosis Support Group meets at 1 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month through to June, at the Richmond Presbyterian Church, 7111 No 2 Rd,
