Next Tuesday, Jan. 22, Cambie secondary is once again opening its doors to the public and inviting the community to see the great work done by its students and staff.
The annual Cambie Open House goes from 7 to 8 p.m. and all community members are welcome to celebrate and view the outstanding work of the students.
The school said the open house is a great opportunity for the public to come in and visit a secondary school to see the “positive ways in which our youth are giving back to our community.”
The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with program planning information sessions for all interested Grade 7-12 students and parents.
The open house itself starts at 7 p.m. with performances from the school’s Cambie Band, Cheer Team and Drama Department.
“Come and participate in interactive activities and demonstrations by our various departments and view our prestigious art and technology displays,” said the school’s press release.
“This is an opportunity to learn more about what Cambie has to offer.”
