A Richmond non-profit organization is bringing their annual fundraiser to the homes of supporters to help furnish their new childcare centre.
The Richmond Society for Community Living (RSCL) is hosting their signature event, titled 2020 Benefit of Possibilities Nashville Nights this year, to fundraise for equipment and furnishing for their new Seedlings Early Intervention Hub.
The hub will include an inclusive child care centre for 87 new infants and toddlers, three to five daycare and out-of-school spaces and is scheduled to open in fall 2021.
Families will also have access to early intervention services regarding questions and concerns on their child’s development, according RSCL.
A virtual presentation will be given on Nov. 20 at 7 p.m. which will include a Community Living Awards for everyone who purchases an event package.
And prior to the event, an online auction will be open to guests and the general public.
RSCL’s event packages will include a “packaged family style” dinner from local restaurant Free Bird Table and Bar that is already cooked, chilled and ready to reheat for Richmond delivery or pick-up on Nov. 20.
Three different event packages are being offered at $40, $120 and $200 which will include various decorations, dinner, suggested drink recipes and a link to the virtual presentation.
