The Richmond Chinese Community Society (RCCS) celebrated its 26th Anniversary Halloween Fundraising Gala at Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport on Oct. 31.
The annual Halloween costume contest fundraising event was a great success with 250 guests and dignitaries attending.
Congratulations go to Richmond Centre for Disability and Man-in-Motion, Rick Hansen, who received the 2015 RCCS Community Award.
The awards recognize individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions for the benefit of the disabled. Part of the proceeds also go toward the RCCS scholarship fund for Richmond secondary school graduates.
