Presented by Richmond Cares, Richmond Gives and the River Rock Casino Resort, the 2015 Volunteers Are Stars Awards will take place April 14 at the River Rock. The event celebrates Richmond’s volunteers, as well as businesses and non-profit organizations that have made a significant contribution to the community.
