Kudos: Metropolitan Lions Club donates to Richmond Hospital

Vancouver Metropolitan Lions Club’s has donated $25,800 to the Richmond Hospital Foundation.

The club raised funds from its 12th charity concert that took place on Sept. 25 on the roof top of Sun Wah Centre in support of the new Yurkovich Family Pavilion (Acute Care Tower) at Richmond Hospital.

The featured entertainment included singer May Ho (current member and past president of Vancouver Metropolitan Lions Club), with special guest Sandra Lang.

The club has committed to raising $50,000 in five years towards the new Yurkovich Family Pavilion. Since 2001, the club has raised over $240,000 for Richmond Hospital Foundation.
