Forecasts call for a cloudy day with rain at times heavy beginning in the morning, followed by a rainy night. Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement warning of an atmospheric river expected to hit Metro Vancouver on Monday.
Temperatures are expected to hit a high of 10C and a low of 4C.
