Richmond’s annual Culture Days celebration is back again this month and this year there are more than 70 free activities planned throughout the city.

From Friday Sept. 28 through Sunday Sept. 30, visitors can check out the world of Richmond’s artists, creators and historians. Twenty-eight locations across the city will host events.

Events range from walking tours to letter writing to meeting Richmond’s newest writer-in-residence, Andrew Battershill. Richmond’s youth can pitch in and select music for a pop-up radio station tuning on 107.9 FM, parents can bring their toddlers to a hands-on drumming session with Talia Manus and visitors of all ages can tour the Richmond Arts Village at the Concord Gardens development.
