The Alzheimer Society of B.C. welcomes you to attend the Richmond Family Caregiver Series. Five, two-hour sessions will cover: Understanding Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias, Communication Strategies, Understanding Changes in Behaviour, Changing Roles, Planning Ahead and Understanding the Health Care System. The sessions take place 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Richmond Caring Place 7000 Minoru Blvd. every Monday from July 4 to Aug. 8. Pre-registration is required. The Alzheimer Society of B.C. presents Preparation for Transition to Residential Care and Life in Residential Care. The Richmond Chinese Community Society (RCCS) hosts its Senior Health Fair 2011 on Saturday, July 16 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 8171 Park Rd. on the second floor of RCCS office.
