Map: COVID-19 rate drops in Richmond

The BCCDC is now releasing community-specific data related to COVID-19.

The average daily rate of COVID-19 cases per 100,000 residents fell in Richmond to 3.0 between May 18 to 24. 

Richmond communities with the greatest reduction in case rate were Steveston and Blundell.

Practically three in four adults aged 50 or over (74%) have received their first shot of the COVID-19 vaccine, along with more than half (54%) of those over the age of 18.
