Many Richmond events have been postponed or cancelled with growing concerns around COVID-19 (coronavirus).

On Monday, Provincial Health Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry, announced that all event organizers in the province must postpone or cancel all events with more than 50 people including indoor and outdoor plans, conferences, meetings and religious gatherings.

This list of events will be updated as changes are made:

Stacking Rings workshop - at Juvelisto on April 4 (cancelled)

Richmond Camera Show & Swap Meet - at South Arm United Church on March 28 (postponed)

Sahaja Yoga Meditation - at Focus Learning  Centre every Monday (cancelled)

RAPS Cat Sanctuary visits - (cancelled)

Cannery Farmer's Market - at Gulf of Georgia Cannery on March 22 and April 5 (cancelled)

CARHA Hockey World Cup - March 29 (cancelled)

Richmond Cherry Blossom Festival - at Garry Point Park on April 5(cancelled)

BrickCan 2020 - at River Rock Casino from May 2-3 (cancelled)

Gateway Theatre: From Alaska - set for April 16-25 (cancelled)

The Richmond Singers anniversary concert - at Gilmore Park United Church on April 4 (postponed)

Tickle Me Pickle: Extra Relish Improv show - at Richmond Cultural Centre on March 19 (cancelled)

World Water Day - at Richmond General Hospital on March 22 (cancelled)

Friends of the Richmond Library's "Whale of a book sale" - at Thompson Community Centre from March 28-29 (postponed)
