Following the burpee challenge, 11 local fitness trainers will lead the group in a warm up before jumping into the main HIIT workout lead by Dennys Lozada, a New York celebrity coach.

Lozada is a former athlete, acertified fitness professional and one of 20 world-wide trainers to be named a Nike master trainer with years of athletic training and experience under his belt.

Additional perks for attendees include: coffee, smoothies, manual therapy treatments, deep muscle massages, gift bags and more.

Tickets are $35 and are available for purchase online.

The event will open its doors for registration at 9 a.m. with the workout program running from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
