Recently, Malcolm stated: “We’ve achieved so much in my years as Mayor, yet so much lies ahead. Richmond is a wonderful community supported by so many active volunteers. If re-elected Mayor, I will continue to focus on our future.

We need access to more parks, recreation and facilities throughout the City. I will support the environment and our business sector while providing sound financial planning in a safe community. As we manage growth, the City Centre will become a more walkable area where residents live, work and play. Rapid transit will support our transportation needs.”
