Helen Quan, a local business woman and single mother of two, has been living in Richmond for 21 years. She strongly believes in getting the citizens of Richmond energized and engaged.

Helen Quan, a local business woman and single mother of two, has been living in Richmond for 21 years. She strongly believes in getting the citizens of Richmond energized and engaged. For the past two decades, she has been actively reaching out to our various cultural communities and the younger generation.
 
Helen has passionately and diligently served as the President of the Richmond Mandarin Lions Club and as the Vice President of the 32nd Richmond Scouts Group previously for 15 years.. She also has extensive experience with leading and organizing fundraising events, including charity events for the RCMP Torch Run, St. John Ambulance, and Richmond General Hospital. 
 
Helen understands that Richmond is one of the most culturally unique and vibrant cities in the world. As a city councillor, she will work tirelessly to bring together all the diverse cultural groups in a harmonious and productive way.
