Richmond’s top real estate deals in 2017

While it may seem like real estate prices are constantly on the rise in the Lower Mainland, B.C.’s top 100 real estate deals were lower in 2017 than in 2016. Throughout the province, the top 10 real estate deals made up 35.

While it may seem like real estate prices are constantly on the rise in the Lower Mainland, B.C.’s top 100 real estate deals were lower in 2017 than in 2016.

Throughout the province, the top 10 real estate deals made up 35.4 per cent of the total value of real estate deals on the list while in 2016, the top 10 accounted for more than 50 per cent. Here in Richmond, four real estate deals cracked the top 100 in the province, with a combined value of $206,450,000. Here they are:
