Is anybody surprised these young, wealthy individuals want to race their high-powered cars?

Why on Earth would you allow a person with limited driving experience to get behind the wheel of such a car in the first place is beyond me.

One just has to drive down Steveston Highway on any given day, at any given hour and count the amount of cars (especially those with N signs) that cruise at well beyond the posted speed limit.

There needs to be an all out blitz by the police in B.C. to stem the rampant speeding and dangerous driving that seems to be more of the norm than one of breaking the laws that govern our roads and highways.
