More of the Gordon Campbell government's corporate welfare was revealed with Richmond's Lafarge Cement, one of the world's largest cement companies (and a very profitable one at that), qualifying for money from the infamous B.C Pacific Carbon Trust TM cash machine.
Lafarge does a huge business in B.C. every year. This is money redirected from hospitals and schools.
All you parents who have to continuely fundraise for your school to do projects and kids programs should be outraged with the Liberals' priorities.
The resignations of the corporate elite (BCPCT) and minister responsible for this scam should be forthcoming.
All Liberal candidates, including Richmond's incumbants, were sitting back allowing this on their watch and they are all culpable for the millions given to Campbell's business friends.
I am sure more will be revealed in the coming days and weeks ahead of the provincial election. It's payback time.
