They aren't holidays for all

The Editor,

Re: "Holidays about many religions," Letters, Nov. 26.

It appears to be okay for honika, ramadan and other festivals to be given their true name, but for Christmas not to be called Christmas to many of us is frankly unacceptable.

It is not a holiday for people in department stores, bus and taxi drivers to quote a few, so let us get back to calling Christmas what it truly is.

Truthfully, I am offended by the "Happy Holidays" use for this occasion.
