It is great for Steveston to be on the screen, but it doesn't bring business to Steveston.

Not saying the article said so, but not all the businesses were interviewed in your story about the filming.

I've seen people sent away because of the filming crew. I was hassled about driving along Moncton Street. They rerouted me and plainly disrespected me. I have been told by others that people are upset and frustrated by the show.

The show puts up signs saying, "Business as usual," yet the customers are blocked. It is great for some of the businesses on Moncton Street, but the rest of them are affected and there is no compensation whatsoever.

The winter can be hard for any business. So far, this ending is no storybook for them.
