Oval complaint resolved

The Editor, Re: "Oval puts customers last," Letters, July 6. Since the letter was written, I have contacted Gerry De Cicco (assistant manager) at the Richmond Olympic Oval and he has resolved the issue.

Re: "Oval puts customers last," Letters, July 6. Since the letter was written, I have contacted Gerry De Cicco (assistant manager) at the Richmond Olympic Oval and he has resolved the issue. He did a wonderful job - he dealt with the situation promptly and with care and efficiency.

Another staff member continued to follow up. I am grateful to the oval team for their efforts.
