Dear Editor,

Re: “Aggressive Richmond delivery drivers attracts large police presence,” Richmond-News.com, Oct. 11.

All scooters and all bicycles must have a license!

Any powered vehicle must have insurance.

They otherwise run away if involved in an accident.

Politicians should recognize this concern – immediately.
