Dear Editor,
I recently spent a short stay at Richmond Hospital recovering from a fall and subsequent hip replacement.
From the moment that the first responders from Richmond Firehall #5 Hamilton arrived at my door, to the day the hospital staff “got me back on my feet,” I received nothing but top-quality care.
To everyone who has a part to play in this massive organization called the British Columbia health care system, my heartfelt thanks.
And to the team on the hospital’s third floor North Surgical ward, thank you.
Your professionalism, compassion and dedication needs to be acknowledged.
Be proud of what you do. You are appreciated.
