It is widely acknowledged that “reverse racism” is a form of racism. But many academic journal articles and governmental and civil liberties organizations clearly state that “reverse racism” is a myth.
The power dynamic between “White people” and visible minorities differs. In this case, visible minorities are subject to systemic racism and are the victims of racism.
