Dear Editor,
I am just a concerned citizen who would like to send a reminder for anyone who goes for walks.
Please carry with you picture identification, just in case something happens.
My husband and I went to the aid of a senior who had fallen on the sidewalk.
Not only was there a language issue, this person did not have any form of ID.
We did what we could and left them with the emergency crew that showed up.
A cellphone is not enough, proper ID should be carried with you.
