While we are on the topic of cigarette butts, does anyone ever notice that Richmond bus stops are also littered with butts and other stuff?
Perhaps the same is true for other cities as well?
The areas by the bus stops are not only littered with cigarette butts, there are candy wrappers, plastic coffee cups on the bench and other things that should have and could have been tossed into the trash.
How difficult is it to walk a few more steps to stump those butts and other stuff and throw them in the trash provided for at each and every bus stop?
