Dear Editor,
When will they be able to tell us how much the average assessed value of a single-family home in Richmond increased?
Only with that information can we determine if our increase is in line with the average and therefore little tax increase will occur.
If my 41 per cent increase is more than the average, I will face some tax increase.
The government has to address the other issue, home owner grants, in their upcoming budget.
