Dear Editor,
I am writing this letter to inform people how wonderful the RCMP Property Crime Unit is.
I don’t think enough thank-yous can even cover how much they helped us out with an ongoing issue we had on our street (Kingsley Crescent.)
Some people may be aware of the challenges we faced the past year from drug deals, stolen cars/property, fighting, dangerous dogs, drug addicts and overdoses.
The countless times the PCU came over to talk, protect and be our voice is beyond any job description.
The compassion and caring of Cpl. Lee and his team is bar none.
It’s because of them, and the close relationship we built, that the owner of a particular home decided to sell and move his “business dealings” and “tenants” elsewhere.
I am so thankful each and everyday for the amount of hard work those officers put in to help all our families, neighbours, and friends.
We will forever be grateful for having them on our side.
