Dear Editor,
I get tired of people trashing a very good transportation system. See Pete McMartin’s column in Saturday’s (Vancouver) Sun.
The 401 and 402 buses have already had service reduced and are full during rush hours.
How can you expect more bus service if we don’t provide the money to buy more buses?
They do not have to extend Canada Line stations to increase capacity.
They simply need to buy more trains and increase the frequency at which they run.
The mayors’ plan calls for more trains to increase frequency.
So, let’s let them get on with it.
