Dear Editor,
I just want to express my opinion that the City of Richmond is becoming a jungle of condominiums.
As such, small businesses are being displaced. I used to buy buns, breads and have my pants altered in front of a small commercial area in front of Richmond Centre; now it is gone.
The Park Road where I used to buy fresh meat from a meat shop there is also gone. When will this end? How many more small businesses will be displaced? The Rona hardware store on Elmbridge will also be gone in a few years from now.
