Re: “Reid spending embarrassing,” Letters, Oct. 1.
Ms. Sharon Hales criticizes MLA Linda Reid for upgrades she made to her constituency office, although Ms. Hales has obviously not taken the time to go there and see for herself.
There is nothing opulent about the upgrades to security, the coffee area, and the washroom.
The upgrades are done to code, and everything is wheelchair accessible. The upgrades are going to be there for a long time. They were worth it.
