Re: “Mayor applauds cancellation of George Massey Tunnel Replacement Bridge,” News, Sept. 6.
Well, Mr. Brodie, congrats on doing your part for stopping the replacement of the tunnel.
You may be happy with the outcome, however I’m sure your many business owners may see it differently as their sales numbers drop from those on this side of the bridge.
From this point on, until there is an improvement in the crossing from Delta to Richmond, I will no longer eat or shop in Richmond, and I will actively lobby those in my community to do the same.
