“Island City By Nature” Indeed!
The members of our city council would be well advised to read the many “Welcome To Richmond” signs at the entrances to our community.
They declare Richmond to be an “Island City By Nature.”
I fear that if city council continues to make decisions as they have done recently, allowing mega homes to be built on our precious farmland, we will no longer have that “nature” to boast about.
We need a city council that can stand by the values that this community has been built upon — and not give in to the small, vocal groups who only value their own self interests.
