Dear Editor,
Last Saturday afternoon a family member had a medical problem at Ironwood Plaza. A passing police officer noticed her distress and came to her assistance. The officer called for an ambulance, but the fire truck got there first; he was able to contact me and several officers and the ambulance waited until I got there, so that I could be informed as to what needed to be done.
Luckily, the incident was nothing serious and the member was dismissed from the hospital a few hours later. I want to express my appreciation and thanks to this officer and all those who did their job in such a caring way.
