Dear Editor,
I frequented the Mad Greek Restaurant, when it was first a little place on Westminster Highway with an open patio, and enjoyed the delicious authentic Greek cuisine served and prepared by Nick, Rose and their two daughters.
Then I watched them expand to their current location and flourish through the years, the roast lamb and kefthedis being my favourite dish. It’s sad news that the Mad Greek is closing on June 18 and we shall be at a great loss of good food served by an authentic Greek owner.
I wish Nick and Rose well and thank them for the many years of great cuisine. Yaasas my friends!
