Dear Editor,
I appreciate the recycling services provided by the City of Richmond, however, it needs improvements.
One of the improvements is the cleanliness of the recycling bins. Each time I drop off my items to be recycled, I notice flying insects.
The situation got worse after one of the green bin’s lid was broken and I saw a swarm of flies emerge out of the broken lid.
I really hope that the green broken bin will be replaced next time the recycling services visit my apartment complex.
