Dear Editor,
At a time when motor vehicle accidents are peaking and ICBC keeps raising insurance rates on drivers, why is city engineering turning off dedicated left turn signals? Does this make sense?
Every major city in North America has dedicated left turn signals and yet Richmond controls when they are turned on.
This game must stop, pay service to your residents and do what is right!
