Letter: I invite Richmond mayor and council to drive the talk

Dear Editor,

Re: “Mega bridge won’t clear Massey Tunnel congestion,” Letters, June 14; “Twinned tunnel is a far more sensible option,” Letters, (Delta Optimist) June 23

This letter is for the attention of Coun. Carol Day and Mayor Malcolm Brodie. I invite you both to come and visit sunny Ladner, but you must come at 3 p.m. on a weekday, drive through beautiful Ladner, drive back to Richmond at 5 p.m.

If you both come together, you will be able to use the HOV lane. Then tell me we don’t need a bridge.
