Re: “Nadine, 91, decided it was time to move,” News, Oct. 23.
Thank you for publishing the column written by Nadine Jones about her experience moving to a care facility.
It was an honest assessment of a major change that most of us will face. Despite the advertising hoopla, selling a home and moving to a completely different environment isn’t all sweetness and light.
Ms. Jones must be commended for her openness and her willingness to show her vulnerability.
She is a skilled word master. It would be nice to read her columns in the future.
