Letter from an abandoned bunny

The Editor, I am a Minoru park bunny. I was either born here or dropped off here. I thought my life in the park would be fun. Oh, but was I wrong. I am constantly hiding from the cruel attempts of kids and dogs chasing, harassing, and poking at me.

The Editor,

I am a Minoru park bunny. I was either born here or dropped off here.

I thought my life in the park would be fun. Oh, but was I wrong. I am constantly hiding from the cruel attempts of kids and dogs chasing, harassing, and poking at me. They think this is fun. I do not.

So here I go again, hiding under bushes, sheds and cars because I'm exhausted from fear, waiting for nightfall to get relief from all that harassment.

What did I ever do to deserve this? I am an innocent creature that needs to be respected. Thank you for leaving me alone when you see me in the park.
