If there are so many people driving in Richmond who can’t read the road signs, is that not an indication that many new Canadians should not be issued with driving licences, or is the high cost of auto insurance just another Canadian cross to bear.

If our noble mayor Malcolm Brodie had the conviction to pass a law regarding Chinese signage, the City of Richmond could save $70,0000 plus benefits by not employing a Chinese signage inspector.
