Dear Editor,
I am convinced our mayor and some council members are totally obsessed with public art.
Spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on such things is totally insane.
If we must have it ,that kind of expenditure should be paid for by the contractors.
My taxes are going up every year to pay for this kind of nonsense and it must be stopped!
