Re: “Council flips on sign bylaw,” News, June 14.
I was very surprised to read that Coun. Bill McNulty was not “…aware the city had a policy which educated business owners about having English on their signs….”
I, as an ordinary citizen, knew about it. But then, I read the Richmond News. I suggest Coun. McNulty do the same so he can keep up to date with Richmond council news.
