Dear Editor,
Re: “Attack ads distract, misinform,” Letters, Oct. 6.
It’s interesting that Coun. Carol Day thinks a little sign, well off the highway promoting a desperately needed bridge, is a distracted driving hazard. Richmond spends mega bucks planting flowers at some of our busiest intersections — No. 2 Road and Westminster Highway, as an example.
I would think it is much more likely those flowers would catch your eye as you enter the busy intersection and result in a distracted driving collision.
