Let’s see if I have this right.
Canada can absorb over 100,000 immigrants from Asia, but we can’t find room to help 10,000 or 20,000 homeless migrants start a new life in our vast country?
Oh, wait, I forgot. Most of the former are well-off and can buy their way in, but the latter are desperate and penniless.
Evidently, that is Canada’s new definition of benevolence.
