Well intended, but do you also realize you are giving a rate cut to hundreds of millionaires living in Richmond who do not declare their worldwide income?
How else do you think people afford $3 million homes in the Thompson neighbourhood on federally-declared income of $26,000?
Six months ago, the BC Liberals said foreign buyers were not influencing the real estate market.
Now, they’re giving an MSP break to millionaires who don’t need it, at the same time taxing to death those who live and work here.
